We observe all national holidays, one week at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the 4th of July. Each student is expected to train a minimum of 8 classes hours per month. During holiday periods, a student may need to "double up" on workout session in any given week to make up for the school being closed. To do this, working out 3 day before and after the holiday is encouraged.
